Who Should Apply
- Female students currently enrolled in a tertiary institution in Kwara State (University, Polytechnic, College of Education, etc.)
- Females currently hold an elective leadership position within her institution (e.g., faculty president, course rep, SUG official, club/association leader)
- Female Student leader available and willing to commit 8 hours daily for a 3-day physical leadership development event scheduled to take place in Ilorin, Kwara State
